Shipping Methods and Costs
Christine's Jewellery offers various shipping methods for our customers' convenience. Here are our available options:
- Express Shipping: For items weighing between 0kg–2kg, we offer an express shipping service that delivers within 1 to 2 business days. The cost is $21.90 CAD.
- Standard Shipping: We offer several options for standard shipping based on the total cost and weight of your order:
- For orders of $100.00 and up, shipping is free and delivery takes 3 to 9 business days.
- For items weighing 0kg–2kg, the shipping cost is $14.90 CAD.
- For items weighing 2kg–30kg, the shipping cost is $21.90 CAD.
- For orders between $0.00–$99.99, the shipping cost is $10.00 CAD.
Christine's Jewellery uses Canada Post or UPS via "Shopify Shipping" for delivering your orders.
Processing Time
Please allow 1 - 4 business days for us to process your order before it's shipped. This timeframe may extend if your purchased items require custom jobs or personalization.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Christine's Jewellery does not offer international shipping. We are also unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with their area's shipping restrictions or regulations.
Shipping Address Requirements
We require accurate shipping addresses to ensure your purchase reaches you without delay. We recommend double-checking your shipping address before finalizing your order. Please note that we are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In case your shipment is lost, please contact the carrier directly, if possible, then reach out to us at sales@christinesjewellery.com or call us at 905-951-7779. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at the same email or phone number.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at sales@christinesjewellery.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns are free within Canada.
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as custom orders, personalized items, and sale items.
For exchanges, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
